Kametra Sims, Manager, Deloitte Consulting LLP 

Kametra Sims is a Manager in Deloitte’s Government and Public Services (GPS) Human Capital practice with upwards of 18 years of experience providing cross-functional support to the Food and Drug Administration, the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Intelligence Community, and Universities. Ms. Sims currently supports the Food and Drug Administration on two technical implementation projects by providing learning strategies and training to promote digital enablement. Her subject matter expertise includes: Learning and Development, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Process Improvement, Finance, and Research.

Ms. Sims has co-authored six scientific journal articles on topics regarding Immunotoxicology, Pharmacology, Diabetes, Genetics and Oncology.

Kametra has an MBA from the University of New Orleans, a Masters of Science in Cellular Biology and Anatomy from Louisiana State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
